About this place
St John the Evangelist is the Church of England parish church beside The Green in Langcliffe, near Settle. It forms part of the benefice with Stainforth and Horton-in-Ribblesdale, and welcomes residents and visitors for worship, reflection and community events.
The parish website has separate sections for the church's heritage, worship and life events, and contact enquiries. Some services are shared between the three parishes, so check both the date and the church hosting a particular service. If you would like to look inside during a village visit, ask about current access rather than treating a service time as general opening hours.
